Note: The emails I’m trying to convert often only have a title and a signature in them along with a JPG photo attached. Each PDF shows a TXT attachment for each email that includes the signature portion of the email It then creates the PDF with multiple PDFs in one document. Same tab…I select “Selected Messages” and them “Create New PDF…” On the Adobe PDF tab within Outlook …under “Change Conversion Settings”…I make sure “Include All Attachments in the Adobe PDF” is selected. Highlight all desired emails within Outlook Besides Adobe Reader XI, there are no other versions of Acrobat installed. In the Programs and Features list in control panel it’s called Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. In the upper left corner when the program is running it says “Adobe Acrobat Pro”.
I’m certain I didn’t change the names of the programs so they’re as they installed. Odd…all my links to Adobe Acrobat say “Adobe Acrobat XI Pro” but when I go into the program and look at “About” it says, “Adobe Acrobat XI Version 11.0.11”.
